Do you accept Purchase Orders?

We do not accept purchase orders from bookstores. Orders from bookstores require prepayment.
Yes, we do accept school or library Purchase Orders. Please be sure to include your Purchase Order number with your order. Also, please be sure your purchase order has a contact name and number in case we need to reach you.

If you need specific shipping charges for your Purchase Order, you can calculate them on the website:

  • Select items on the web site that you wish to purchase
  • Fill in address information in the shopping cart
  • Select your shipping preference in the drop-down shipping box to determine your shipping charges
  • Shipping charges will be displayed
  • You can print that page to include with your order

You cannot order online if you want to use a purchase order.

How much will the shipping be on my order?

If you need to know specific shipping charges for your order, you can calculate them on the website:

  • Select items on the web site that you wish to purchase
  • Fill in your shipping address information in the shopping cart
  • Select your shipping preference in the drop-down shipping box to determine your shipping charges
  • Shipping charges will be displayed

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 3 days. Please let us know if you have emergency timing or deadlines and we will try to expedite your order to accommodate your needs.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most US orders are shipped via UPS. UPS usually takes between 2 and 7 business days to ship a package within the Continental USA.
Most international orders are shipped via US Airmail. We ship most international orders within 72 hours. Delivery time varies depending on your country’s local delivery system.

Do you accept International Orders?

Yes, we accept International Orders. International Orders are generally shipped within 3 days. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you how long it takes for international delivery. The postal service in each country has a different speed. Please contact us if you have further questions about your international order.

Payment

Orders must be paid in US Dollars. The easiest form of payment for international orders is to use MasterCard or Visa. When you use a credit card, the credit card company will automatically exchange the funds into US Dollars. If you want to pay for an international order without a credit card, you will need to use a bank draft or money order in US Dollars, or a check drawn on a bank in US Dollars. Please contact us if you have any other questions about international payment.

Duties and Taxes

Orders that are shipped outside the USA may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or handling fees. You are responsible for these and any other additional charges.

Canadian Orders

Orders to Canada or Mexico may be shipped via either US Mail or UPS. Please let us know if you have a preference. Otherwise, the best option will be determined by the weight and value of the shipment.

If you are shipping to Canada, the shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or handling fees, which are assessed by the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA) when the item enters Canada. Unfortunately, we can’t control or determine the duties and taxes that will apply to your order. Because policies vary, please contact the CCRA for more information. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the recipient’s country.

  • Checks (in US Dollars) payable to QuirkRoberts Publishing
  • Money orders (in US Dollars)

Can I pay for my order by check?

Yes, to pay with a check you can follow these procedures:

  • Select items on the web site that you wish to purchase
  • Fill in your shipping address information on the shopping cart
  • Select your shipping preference in the drop-down shipping box. Your shipping charges will be displayed.
  • The shopping cart will calculate your total
  • Print that page
  • Make your check payable to QuirkRoberts Publishing

What is your return policy?

Of course we want you to be happy with your purchase. We stand behind all of our products. Is there a problem? Please let us know so we can take care of it for you.
Returns must be approved to receive credit.

If you decide you want to return something, let us know and we will provide return instructions and return address.
All items may be returned except downloadable items (ebooks, mp3, etc.).

CD purchases: Picture CDs cannot be returned after they have been opened unless they are defective. We follow the same policy as the stores for music CDs.

Can I purchase a Gift Certificate?

I received a package that was damaged in shipping. What should I do?

Please notify us immediately so we can take proper steps to replace damaged merchandise. Please save all shipping materials (box, packaging, etc.). If we file a claim for insurance, the shipper may request photos or they may want to pick up the package.
